Mailbox & service inventory
Identify users, mailboxes, aliases, shared addresses and the services that send email for your business. Agree what is included in the migration.

A planned move from your existing email service into Microsoft 365. We work through the mailboxes, domain settings and device changes, with a clear changeover and checks after the move.
A defined project or ongoing help.
Start with what you need today.
Identify users, mailboxes, aliases, shared addresses and the services that send email for your business. Agree what is included in the migration.
Review the Microsoft 365 environment, users and suitable licensing. Prepare the destination mailboxes and required access before transferring data.
Choose an approach suited to the source system. Confirm which email, folders and other data can move, with calendars, contacts and local archives considered separately.
Coordinate mail-routing changes and email authentication around Microsoft 365 and legitimate third-party senders, including website forms and business tools.
Plan the switching window and user communication. Scope the Outlook, mobile and other client changes people need to get back to their normal work.
Check migration reports and representative mailbox content, test sending and receiving, and agree when the previous service can be retired.
People rely on familiar addresses, old conversations and the tools they use every day. A migration plan needs to account for those details as well as the transfer itself.
We distinguish moving mailbox data from changing mail routing, configuring devices and confirming the result. An IMAP transfer moves email, not calendars, contacts or tasks; the approach to other data depends on the source system and agreed scope. Keeping those boundaries clear makes the handover easier to assess.
Review the source service, mailbox sizes, users, domain access and data requirements. Agree the method, licensing and migration scope.
Run the agreed migration stages, review any errors and coordinate mail routing and user changes around the changeover plan.
Test mail flow, review transferred content and assist with the agreed device setup. Document exceptions and confirm the next steps for the old service.
Yes, where the source supports the access and migration method needed. We review mailbox sizes, folders and source limitations before agreeing the plan.
That depends on the source and migration method. An IMAP migration transfers email rather than calendars, contacts or tasks. We identify those requirements separately, including any data stored only on a device.
Usually, addresses using a domain you control can be retained. We review domain ownership, access and the current mail configuration before confirming the changeover.
We include them in the discovery process and agree how they should work at the destination. Access permissions, forwarding and related settings need their own checks.
We can include device and email-client setup in the scope. Tell us about the devices and users involved so the handover support can be planned.
After the agreed transfer and validation checks are complete and any exceptions have been addressed. Keep the source available until its retirement is explicitly agreed.
Tell us about your current setup and what you need to change. We can discuss the scope and agree a useful place to begin.
