The structure supports adding new franchisees as the network grows, rather than relying on the original basic site to accommodate an increasingly complex business.

A custom WordPress plugin handles postcode lookup and conditional redirects. It supports the location journey by directing visitors according to the configured postcode rules.

Enquiry routing depends on the franchisee page the visitor is using. The local page is therefore part of how the site connects an enquiry with the relevant franchisee.

The postcode logic and the franchisee page structure work together, while serving distinct purposes: helping visitors reach the appropriate part of the site and providing the local context for their enquiry.

Spidrweb manages the franchisees within the platform. The Green Fox team adds content to the website. That division keeps the franchise setup and technical work with Spidrweb while allowing the team to contribute the content the business needs.

We continue to host and support the site, maintaining the relationship beyond the original build and helping the platform accommodate new franchisees.
